Feta Shrimp Skillet



  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large pan.
  2. Sauteé onion until tender.
  3. Add garlic and seasonings and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and wine.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until sauce is thickened.
  6. Add shrimp and parsley and cook until shrimp is pink, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with feta and let stand until feta softens.
